Product Description

Sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) is one of the important chemical raw materials, widely used in light industry and daily chemicals, building materials, chemical industry, food industry, metallurgy, textile, petroleum, national defense, medicine and other fields. It serves as a raw material for manufacturing other chemicals, a cleaning agent, a detergent, and is also used in photography and analysis fields. Secondly, there are metallurgy, textile, petroleum, national defense, medicine and other industries. The glass industry is the largest consumer of soda ash, consuming 0.2 tons of soda ash per ton of glass. Among industrial soda ash, the light industry, building materials and chemical industry account for approximately two-thirds, followed by metallurgy, textile, petroleum, national defense, medicine and other industries .

1.The glass industry is the largest source of soda ash consumption, with 0.2 tons of soda ash consumed per ton of glass. It is mainly used for float glass, picture tube glass shells, optical glass, etc.

It is used in chemical engineering, metallurgy, etc. The use of heavy soda ash can reduce the flying of alkali dust, lower raw material consumption, improve working conditions, enhance product quality, and at the same time alleviate the erosion of alkali powder on refractory materials, thereby extending the service life of kilns.

5. It is used in the food industry as a neutralizing agent and leavening agent, such as in the production of amino acids, soy sauce, and flour-based foods like steamed buns and bread. It can also be made into an alkaline water and added to noodles to enhance their elasticity and extensibility. Sodium carbonate can also be used to produce monosodium glutamate

It is used for chemical and electrochemical degreasing, electroless copper plating, etching of aluminum, electrolytic polishing of aluminum and alloys, chemical oxidation of aluminum, sealing after phosphating, rust prevention between processes, electrolytic removal of chromium plating layers and removal of chromium oxide films, etc. It is also used in the electrolyte for pre-copper plating, steel plating and steel alloy plating

9. In the metallurgical industry, it is used as a flux for smelting, a flotation agent for mineral processing, and a desulfurizer in steelmaking and antimony smelting.

11. In the leather industry, it is used for degreasing raw hides, neutralizing chromium-tanned leather and increasing the alkalinity of chromium-tanning solution.
